Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 8–15 business days after processing. International delivery times may vary by destination.

Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show movement after the label is created.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Sun & Supply Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us at lizzyknav@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Stuck Packages If your tracking has not updated for 10+ business days, contact us at lizzyknav@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
